Community Relations
The Plymouth Whalers have enjoyed many years of success on the ice at Compuware Arena, but the Whalers organization has also proven to be a winner in the community as well. The coaches, players and front office staff support many different organizations and charities as well as making appearances throughout the community each year. The Whalers continue their commitment to education through its Whalers visitation program.

School Visits
Throughout the season a variety of different players will visit local schools. The players and staff will discuss the importance of a good education and how it has benefited them over their careers. The players can come meet the students, eat lunch, read stories, play games, and sign autographs.

Ginopolis On the Ice Post-Game Party
The Plymouth Whalers, Ginopolis on the Ice, and Labatt Blue will team up to throw a post-game party at Ginopolis, located right inside Compuware Arena after every Saturday night Whalers game. There will be giveaways from the Whalers, specials on Labatt products, a chance to meet Whalers players, Steve the Magician, and plenty of fun times with everyone at Ginopolis.
Whale Watchers Booster Club
The Whale Watchers are the official booster club of the Plymouth Whalers. The Whale Watchers Booster Club works hard all season to gain support for the Plymouth Whalers. Support comes in many ways such as making posters and giving treat bags for the team's long road trips. The Whale Watchers also arrange for fans to travel to Whalers away games as a group. These are just a few things that the Whale Watchers do. Catch the wave and help make this a successful season for everyone involved, the team and the fans!
